Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of Idaho who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. This promotion is open to homeowners only; builders, contractors, and other trade professionals are not eligible to enter.

Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotion agencies, and the immediate family members (spouse, parent, sibling, child) or individuals residing in the same household are not eligible.

Sweepstakes is void outside Idaho and where prohibited by law.

Promotion Period

The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 a.m. Mountain Time (“MT”) on June 1, 2025, and ends at 11:59 p.m. MT on July 13, 2025 (“Promotion Period”).

Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device.

How to Enter

There are two methods of entry. Limit one (1) entry per household during the entire Promotion Period, regardless of method of entry.

A. Automatic Entry – Received Estimate

Customers who complete the estimate process with Tile Outlet & Granite during the Promotion Period will automatically receive one (1) Sweepstakes entry.

To qualify, the customer must provide all necessary project details, including measurements, photos, and material preferences necessary for the creation of an estimate no later than 4:59 p.m. MT on July 13, 2025. Estimates for material only are not eligible for sweepstakes entry. 

Only one entry per household, even if multiple estimates are issued.

B. Free Mail-In Entry (Alternate Method of Entry “AMOE”)

To enter without receiving an estimate, handprint your full name, street address, city, state, ZIP code, daytime phone, and email address on a 3″ × 5″ card and mail it in a stamped envelope to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked by July 13, 2025 and received by July 14, 2025 to be eligible.

Each valid mail-in entry constitutes one (1) Sweepstakes entry.

Photocopied, computer-generated, or mechanically reproduced entries are void. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or postage-due mail.

Entries exceeding the limit of one (1) per household will be disqualified.

Entry Verification:

Participants may call the showroom at (208) 658-1800 during business hours to verify that their entry has been received.

Prizes & Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”)

One (1) Grand Prize: $500 store credit, valid toward any purchase or project.

One (1) Second Place Prize: $300 store credit, valid toward any purchase or project.

One (1) Third Place Prize: $100 store credit, valid toward any purchase or project.

Prizes are transferable but may not be redeemed for cash. No refunds or returns for cash will be issued on store credit redemptions. Any unused balance will remain available until the expiration date.

Credits must be redeemed within 24 months of issuance, or they will be forfeited.

Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Winner Selection & Notification

A random drawing will be conducted by Sponsor on July 14, 2025, at 3:00 p.m. MT at Sponsor’s showroom.

The potential winners will be notified via phone and email within 24 hours.

To claim a prize, the winner must respond within seven (7) calendar days and present valid photo identification to verify age and Idaho residency.

If a winner fails to respond, cannot be contacted, or is determined ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected at Sponsor’s discretion.

Taxes & Other Expenses

No IRS Form 1099-MISC will be issued.

Publicity Release

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes the winner’s consent to Sponsor’s use of their name, city, image, and testimonial for promotional purposes in any media without further compensation or approval.

General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical problems, or other factors beyond Sponsor’s control impair the integrity of the promotion.

Sponsor may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.

Release of Liability

By entering, participants release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc., and their respective officers, employees, and agents from any liability, loss, or damages arising from participation in this Sweepstakes or the acceptance or use of any prize.

Disputes & Applicable Law

This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Idaho. By entering, participants agree that any disputes or claims related to this promotion will be handled exclusively in the courts located in Ada County, Idaho.

Privacy

Entrant information will be used only to administer this Sweepstakes and in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.
