At Tile Outlet & Granite, we're honored to help you create a space you love.
Here’s exactly what to expect when working with our team — simple, clear, and crafted with care.
To create the most accurate estimate possible:
We prefer a rough sketch of your space with measurements.
We recommend selecting a specific slab material early — slab dimensions impact layout, seams, and cost.
Don’t worry — if you need help measuring the space, we can assist (see below).
Once you approve your estimate:
A 50% deposit secures your project.
We’ll schedule a template appointment at your home.
Please have sinks and faucets onsite (or at least selected) before templating.
After the template:
We order your material (or use slabs from our stock).
Fabrication happens at our in-house shop.
We’ll confirm and schedule your installation day.
Installations typically take 1–2 days, including any demo and new countertop installation.
Plumbing reconnections will need to be scheduled after install, scheduled by us or by you.
Final payment is due once you’ve inspected and approved the work.
Tile backsplashes are typically installed a few days after the counters.
Slab splashes are installed on the same day as your countertops.

"Marco's measurements for our countertops, including a two-leveled area with a corner, were amazingly accurate. I couldn't believe how perfect the granite fit into place."

"Tile Outlet and Granite have been fantastic to work with. They were very accommodating to all our building setbacks. We were pleased with how quickly they were able to work us in after waiting for cabinets for 6 months."
