From Estimate to Installation

At Tile Outlet & Granite, we want your project to be smooth, clear, and stress-free. Here’s a step-by-step look at what you can expect from the moment you walk in for an estimate to the day your countertops or tile are installed—and beyond.

Step 1: Get Your Free Estimate

Stop by our showroom or give us a call to get started.

Bring your basic dimensions, photos of your space, and information on project goals.
We’ll help you explore material options, give you pricing guidance, and create a free estimate tailored to your needs.

We're happy to come to your home to gather measurements for $150 fee, applicable to your project if you decide to move forward.

Tip: We can walk you through small DIY updates or full remodels—whatever your project calls for.

Step 2: Finalize Your Project

Once you’re ready to move forward, we’ll help you finalize your materials.

We'll accept a 50% deposit to order necessary materials and prepare your project.

Step 3: Schedule Your Template (Counter Projects)

For countertop projects, we’ll schedule a template appointment to take precise measurements.
- This step ensures a perfect fit for your space.

- You’ll need your new cabinets installed, or anything that might affect measurements finalized before templating.
Tile-only projects skip this step and go straight to installation.

Step 4: Fabrication & Prep

After templating, your stone or quartz is cut and fabricated in our local shop.
We’ll keep you updated on timelines and let you know as soon as we're ready to schedule install.

Step 5: Installation Day

Our team will arrive with everything they need to complete the installation of your counters or tile.

Most countertop installations are completed in one day; tile projects may span multiple days depending on complexity.

Step 6: Final Walkthrough & Invoice

We’ll check over everything with you and answer any questions you have.
You’ll receive your final invoice after install is complete.
- We accept cash or check with no additional fees.
- Debit card transactions will have a 1% fee and credit at 3%, Discover and AMEX at 5%. Payments made over the phone will have a 3% fee.
